• at roundabout take 2nd exit signposted Plymouth and Torquay
• at next roundabout (Devon Hotel) take 3rd exit into Marsh Barton estate
• at mini roundabout take 1st exit
• turn left after Carrs
• take 1st right into Hanover house

From the South:

• exit M5 at junction 30
• keep in left hand lane
• take 1st exit off roundabout marked Dawlish
